All alerts include snapshot image, timestamp, and acknowledge workflow:
- Blocked Employee — face match + BLOCKED status
- Blocked Visitor — face match + BLOCKED status
- CCTV Health — camera ping failure
- No-Go Intrusion — person inside forbidden polygon
- Zone Violation — unauthorized person in zone
Workflow
Acknowledge, handle, resolve
Guards configure server IP, log in with admin-created credentials, and receive alerts scoped to their assignment. Full acknowledge and clear workflow from the field.
Delivery
Sub-second alert delivery
Real-time real-time delivery with configurable sound alerts. 10-second API polling fallback ensures alerts reach guards even if the websocket hiccups.
